Bloglines is an online RSS aggregation system. Or in English, it'll notify you of updates for sites that you want it to. As long as they have; Syndication / RSS / Atom / XML / RDF / Site Feeds, etc.
As it's a webpage you can use it from any computer with internet access. There are Other news readers avaliable, most aren't webased, some aren't free. I haven't tried anyof them, except bloglines, yet.
To get an idea of the interface have a look at my sites. Some examples; I have news feeds, blog feeds, a software update feed, and even the B3ta front page.

What do people think about me creating a rss feed version of Alert Notification for Updated Sites, so you can keep track of when non RSS enabled pages update, using your RSS reader? comments please.
